The Children with Special Health Care Needs Services Program helps children 20 and younger who have special health care needs and people with cystic fibrosis of any age improve their health, well-being and quality of life.Focused on family-centered and community-based strategies, the program ensures families get services that honor and respect their cultural beliefs, traditions and values.

- Lives in Texas.
- Is 20 or younger or any age with a diagnosis of cystic fibrosis.
- Has an income level at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level.
- Has a medical condition that
- Is expected to last at least one year
- Will limit one or more major life activities
- Requires a higher level health care
- Has physical symptoms. Having only a mental, behavioral or emotional condition, or a delay in development won’t qualify.

- This program is not a waiver service, which will allow your child to receive services immediately following service approval.
- Intake and evaluation typically takes up to 30 days for service approval.
- Parents are involved with the development of their child's service plan of treatment along with any service goals.
Our company is dedicated to bringing you quality service as quickly as possible so that your child can begin receiving care immediately without the wait.
Our program provides comprehensive care for eligible children under 21 years of age who are diagnosed with special needs and require specialized support for their behavioral challenges or medical fragility. With a registered behavioral technician on staff, we offer tailored behavioral support services such as behavior management, social skills training, and crisis intervention.
For medically fragile children, we provide nursing care, medication management, feeding assistance, and other necessary medical support. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to providing high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each child and their family.
Our qualified staff is available 7 days a week to provide nursing and personal care assistance, as well as specialized support from registered behavioral technicians.
